Opportunity: Pianist/Keys

Description: Create an engaging worship experience by executing the worship experience and being prepared.

Reports to: Worship Pastor

Required Hours: Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Rehearsal), Sunday 7:50 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Pay: $100/Service starting January 1st 2023

General Responsibilities

Work hard and be prepared.
Commit to the Legacy Church best practices.
Always have responsibilities covered or find a replacement.
Train other potential leaders to do your job better than you do it.
Be on time, prepared, and motivated to give God your absolute best at every opportunity.
Attend and be prepared for the weekly rehearsal. This rehearsal is not to learn the music but rather to polish the music already learned and prepared.
Know all chords and lyrics well enough to not have to think about what you are singing or playing. In other words, have all the music memorized to perfection.
Help load yours and other’s band equipment and run mic/instrument lines during the set-up process. Then reverse the process during the teardown.
Watch livestream to discover areas that can be improved, updated, better organized, evaluated, or concerns that need to be addressed.

Personal Responsibilities

Maintain God ordained priorities in your life by putting Jesus Christ first before everything else.
Give at least a tenth of your income to the mission and ministry of Legacy Church.
Be committed to the vision and mission of Legacy Church and loyal to your direct supervisor.
Invest in and invite the lost to Legacy Church and into a relationship with Jesus Christ.
